We were excited to hear that MBDO Treasurer, Edward Brotonel was recognized by the Philippine President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and awarded the 2018 Presidential “Pamana ng Pilipino Award” last December 5, 2018, at The Malacanan Palace. The “Pamana ng Pilipino Award” is conferred on Filipinos overseas, who, in exemplifying the talent and industry of the Filipino, have brought the country honor and recognition through excellence and distinction in the pursuit of their work or profession.
A well-respected special agent in the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division, Chief Warrant Officer 4 Edward Brotonel has received various meritorious recognitions for uncovering major theft and felony crimes and fraud in the U.S. Army, the Pentagon and during the 9/11 Iraq reconstruction. He recently retired from that post.
This prestigious award was well-deserved and we are proud of Mr. Brotonel!
